Classes

Weekly classes are held at Stirchley Baths, a recently renovated and converted community hub in the heart of Stirchley Village in South Birmingham. These weekly classes are held by Another Space Yoga, head over to their website to find out more about their mission to bring you space in your life.

Stirchley Baths is easily accessible by car (free on-site and near-by parking), train (Bournville Train Station) and bus (45,47). All equipment is provided but if you have your own yoga mat and props then bring them along. Online booking in advance is recommended to ensure your space in class. Ashtanga Core & Restore

60 minutes of flowing, energising Ashtanga Yoga with a focus on balancing strength with flexibility and building heat in the body. Ashtanga has a set sequence of postures to build up to over time. Finish with a 15 minute power down. Breathing exercises and a guided relaxation, setting you up for a focused and productive week.

Expand Vinyasa Yoga

Feeling comfortable with the yoga basics and feel like you want to step-up your yoga game? Fun and advanced yoga postures broken down into manageable steps so that you can practice safely, under guidance and at a level suitable for you. Starting with breath awareness exercises and ending with a relaxation that dreams are made of.
