Hi, I’m Ella…

…and I teach dynamic, flowing yoga based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga tradition. My classes focus on balancing strength and flexibility in the body and learning breathing and relaxation techniques to calm the mind.

I found yoga in 2002 which helped me with a bad posture and an aching back. In 2008 I trained to teach Yoga for Children. I was working in Primary Schools and I could see that the principles of yoga could be highly beneficial for children, especially when learnt at a young age. Over the years I began to devote more of my time and energy to expanding my knowledge of yoga. In 2013 I trained to teach with John Scott Yoga and since then I’ve been sharing yoga with everybody who shows an interest.

Yoga is my headspace, me time, solace, time-out. It’s my NECESSITY to find balance and space between my roles as a mother, wife, teacher, friend and all the other demands life throws in between.



My classes are fun, friendly and help you to find that all important balance in life. Come along, get some me-time and feel great after.
